I just want to give you a little feedback. I got back from Lebanon
today. Your statement about the Charles Hotel was absolutely right!
A very beautiful and clean hotel with nice people in a perfect location.
The deal you gave me was excellent. Be sure that I will use your
service again on my next
trip to Lebanon.
I guess I don't have to say this - but I can't resist - Lebanon
is a wonderful country. Everytime I go
there I can't belive how
much this little nation has to offer. The people, the nature, the
beaches, the history and of course the food.............I think
there is no place on earth like this! Even your local beer
is great,
and it means something if a German says that.
I am looking forward
to many further trips to this jewel called Lebanon.

Thank you for arranging my stay at Casa D'Or in Beirut last weekend.
The hotel was very comfortable, a bit noisy during the morning but a great value.
The staff are exceptional, I could not have been made more
welcome. From check in to check out,
I was made to feel at home in the hotel.
The staff in the restaurant, reception and housekeeping were very welcoming
and
friendly. I had an excellent stay and thank you for your efforts
in arranging my stay.

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to let you know that I have safely
returned from Beirut on Sunday and wanted to thank you again for all your help and support.
I had a great time and I enjoyed my stay very much. Beirut is a very
interesting city and even though I could not discover the whole city in 3 days,
I saw quite a few things.
And of course the climate was excellent. It was quite warm and sunny, so exactly
what you would wish for.
I was at the Alma office on one day and met the colleagues there. You actually have a nice
team working for you. I had a very nice time and I will for sure come back to Beirut
(whenever my busy job will give me the next opportunity :-)

Just to say thank you for the efficient and friendly way in which
my trip to Beirut and stay at the Mayfair was conducted by you. Everything
went very smoothly, and I really had no complaint at any time during my
four-week stay.
As I told you, I am planning to bring my family to Lebanon sometime
next
